Resolve conflicted:
 - bcm27xx/950-0609-xhci-add-quirk-for-host-controllers-that-don-t-updat.patch
 - bcm53xx/180-usb-xhci-add-support-for-performing-fake-doorbell.patch

Refreshed all patches.
