Subject: [PATCH] kernel: Activate KERNEL_MIPS_FP_SUPPORT for pistachio target

The pistachio target uses a MIPS CPU with FPU and OpenWrt uses a
toolchain with hard FPU support. MIPS FPU support needs the FPU
emulation code in the kernel.
