Adrian Schmutzler	c23b5f36da	toolchain/binutils: remove versions 2.29.1 and 2.31.1 ... We currently support four versions of binutils in parallel. Hauke Mehrtens	34afa5daf4	toolchain: binutils: Use version 2.34 by default ... Switch to binutils version 2.34 for all CPUs by default. The ARC CPUs do not need any special binutils version any more.
