Rosen Penev	fdb260efa7	ccache: update to 4.1 ... Upstream switched to building with CMake. Adjust accordingly. Reapplied patch as upstream changed the file format. Added HOST_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation. Added cmake tool dependency and removed circular dependencies as a result.
