sunxi: Refresh kernel 5.10 configuration
...
The cortex53 subtarget was missing multiple config options and the other
targets just defined some options which are not needed.

sunxi: disable LPAE on cortexa8
...
LPAE should be disabled as the Cortex-A8 cores don't support it,
and the kernel will crash on boot if it's enabled.
