The removed patches were applied upstream.
The changes to 357-mac80211-optimize-skb-resizing.patch are more
complex. I think the patch already took care of the new changes done
upstream.

if it has higher TSF and the same SSID. If an IBSS is created, create
it with the specified basic-rates, multicast-rate and beacon-interval.
