ramips: use upstream mt76 wireless driver by default 
The LuCI application named "luci-app-mtwifi" isn't compatiable
with the existing snapshot LuCI, and no one has the willing of
rewriting it, so let's follow the upstream settings until someone
reworks the LuCI application.
