Paul Menzel e4f6c3948e ca-certicficates: Update to version 20210119 ... Update the ca-certificates and ca-bundle package from version 20200601 to version 2021019. This version uses Python 3 for the build, fixing a build issue on systems, where `/usr/bin/python3` is a wrapper script [1].
