Tomasz Maciej Nowak b1bddb1d35 tegra: enable VDE driver ... Upstream commit 83b7f0b8aeab ("ARM: tegra: Add OPP tables and power domains to Tegra20 device-trees") added power domains to all devices supporting power management and one of them is Video Decoder Engine.
