rockchip: apply own patches 
Included:
 - Hack for support MTWiFi
 - HWRNG driver for RK3328 & RK3399
 - Fix for hot reboot
 - I2C screen support for NanoPi R2S
 - Overclocking support for RK3328 and NanoPi4 series
 - Ethernet compat node for NanoPi R2S
 - Support for NanoPi R4S

Minor adjustments:
 - Used r8169 driver for NanoPi R4S by default as r8168 is broken on newer kernel

Refreshed all patches.
