Martin Schiller b27ebf1157 layerscape: armv8_64b: enable CONFIG_ARM_PSCI_CPUIDLE 
Enable PSCI firmware based CPUidle driver.
PSCI firmware is the standard power management control for all ARM64
based platforms.
