Chuanhong Guo b2d802f839 mediatek: mt7623 enable arch-timer with a patch ... Last attempt on this has a typo and doen't work. It seems that this is a common problem occurring on every kernel bump, so let's enforce arch timer support for mt7623 with a patch instead.
