Markus Stockhausen b34d048a62 realtek: 6.6: rework patch net-phy-sfp-add-support-for-SMBus ... With the new kernel the MDIO bus gets created after the smbus read/write functions are used. Make use of native functions. Relocate bus initialization into a separate function to make patch easier to read.
